So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out.

Event time
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.

Delivering photos
You will receive your edited pictures and videos via link, to bring you back to the day.
This is my first event, what should I know?
If this is your first event, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! We’ll capture everything naturally, so you can focus on enjoying the moment while we document the laughter, emotions, and key highlights. Good lighting helps create the best shots, and sharing your schedule or special requests ensures we don’t miss a thing.
What should I wear?
For the best photos, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident while complementing the location and vibe of the shoot.
How many pictures will I receive?
For events, you can expect to receive 350 or more high-quality, edited photos. The final number may vary depending on the length of the event, the moments captured, and the overall flow of the day. Our goal is to ensure you receive a beautiful collection of images that tell the full story of your event, from the big celebrations to the small, candid moments.
Are you available outside of Vancouver?
Yes! We are available for travel outside of California and would love to capture your special moments wherever they take place. Whether it’s a destination wedding, an event in another state, or a couples shoot in a dream location, we’re happy to travel. Let us know the details, and we’ll discuss availability, travel arrangements, and any additional costs.
